Exploring the Short North | Alex & Rebekah’s Columbus, Ohio Engagement Session

I had SUCH a blast with Alex & Rebekah a few weeks ago capturing their engagement photos! They wanted to have their photos taken in the Short North because they went on their first date at one of the coffee shops in that area. Thankfully, it wasn’t too cold that day because we did quite a bit of exploring 🙂

We started at One Line Coffee where they enjoyed their favorite blend and some laughs. After they finished their coffee, we walked down to Jeni’s, one of their favorite spots! If you didn’t know, Alex & Rebekah have been on the Whole30 lifestyle for a few weeks now (more than 30 days!) but they have a love of ice cream that they wanted to incorporate into their engagement photos. I would have to assume that mint chocolate chip is one of their favorite flavors 🙂 After our pitstop at Jeni’s, the three of us walked to Goodale Park and explored the park together, finding one of the first blooming cherry blossom trees of the spring! On a whim, I decided to lead them to the ever-popular teal & orange building off of Poplar Street and it ended up being one of their favorite locations!

Hope you enjoy the photos from their shoot! I’m so excited for Alex & Rebekah and can’t wait to see photos from their wedding this winter – congrats you two!
