Garden Wedding at the Farm | Warwick Farms Styled Shoot Part Two

Last week, I blogged the first part of the Warwick styled shoot featuring the “wedding” of Drew & Jenny. If you missed that one, click here.

To give a tiny recap: towards the end of June, I participated in a styled shoot hosted at a beautiful farm venue in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Warwick Farms is an entirely operational farm but is also known for hosting corporate events and weddings! If you’re getting married in the Central Ohio area and are interested in a rustic theme or in a barn venue, definitely check these guys out! They’re significantly cheaper than their Columbus competitors and their venue is bigger! I will admit, that they’ve become my new favorite venue.

Today, I’m so excited to be sharing the second part of the styled shoot featuring the “wedding” of Rex & Candice, who very recently got married IN REAL LIFE! Congrats, you guys! As mentioned in Part One, there were a handful of us that were awesome enough to be members of the “arrow tattoo” club and Candice is one of them! Upon meeting her, I loved how bubbly she was and I immediately spotted her tattoo which of course I photographed and it’s one of my favorite images to date!

If you’ve been wondering about my arrow obsession, that might be something I share in the future. I have a very deep admiration for everything arrows represent and I always feel connected with those that chose to mark themselves with an arrow (like me). Stay tuned on that one.

When I was photographing Rex & Candice, they joked about how the styled shoot was practice for the real deal. I’m so happy for them! Candice was a beautiful bride and it was obvious how excited she was to marry Rex. My favorite part of the entire day was getting to photograph Rex & Candice on top of the hill in the sheep field with the beautiful sunset behind them. Most of the day, we were certain we wouldn’t get a sunset – it had been overcast and dark clouds filled the sky up until the last half hour of usable light and we were gifted a colorful sunset. It was the perfect ending to a fun shoot!

Below are the photos from the second and final part of the Warwick styled shoot – enjoy 🙂
